"Estimated Shipping Time"
・Your order will be dispatched within 14 days after the payment has been successfully completed.
・Delivery times after dispatch vary significantly depending on each country’s postal conditions and customs processing.
"Payment"
・We support various payment methods. Please refer to the payment icons displayed on the website.
・Due to the platform specifications, your payment authorization is confirmed immediately once the transaction is completed. If any issue occurs before shipment, a refund can be processed. Please note that this is a required system procedure.
・In the case of a refund, only the product price you paid will be refunded. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
"About the Products"
・We use materials that are resistant to oxidation and discoloration; however, natural aging may occur over time. To preserve the condition of your items, please avoid storing them in direct sunlight or humid environments.
・Due to the handmade nature of our production, tiny fibers or small air bubbles may appear during the crafting process.
・Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or monitor settings.
・Each flower petal is shaped by hand, so slight variations in size may occur. Please understand that these are handmade items and not perfectly standardized products. If you are particular about details, feel free to contact us prior to your purchase.
"Packaging & Shipping"
・Shipping fees include the cost of packaging materials.
・We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates such as please deliver by XX day.
・You may choose between Small Packet or EMS for your shipping method. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Please check the delivery status on your local postal service’s website once it has shipped.
・If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or expired holding period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If additional fees occur during the return process (such as return postage or customs fees in the destination country), these may also be charged to the customer.
・Returned items will be held for 60 days. If we do not receive instructions within this period, the item may no longer be eligible for reshipment.
⚠︎Important:Customs Duties & VAT
We ship under the DAP (Delivered At Place) term.
Product prices and shipping fees do NOT include customs duties, VAT/GST, or any other import taxes.
Depending on your country, you may be required to pay these charges to your local customs office or delivery carrier upon arrival.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
"Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations"
・If you receive an incorrect item or a product with an initial defect, we will offer an exchange for unused items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
・Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect order, or size not fitting) are not accepted.
